Gibson '70 Les Paul Custom
Tobacco Sunburst*

I think it had a black pickguard when he played in Blur. If it's the same one, he has been using it more than ten years.
He plays it on "People Of The Earth" for gigs.

Fender '68 Telecaster Blonde
with Gibson PAF Pickup
*

He is currently using this tele as a main guitar. using this guitar on "Bloody Annoying" "You And I" "Standing On My Own Again" "Gimme Some Love" "Don't Let Your Man Know" etc.. for gigs.

Gibson SG '62 with P-90 Pickups*

It's quite similar to the Pete Townshend model. But as you see, there are three holes on the body, that means he took off the tailpiece and tremolo arm from the original. like Pete Townshend used to do it.
He played SG on the "Freakin' Out" and "I Can't Look At Your Skin" promotion videos. and "Freakin' Out" "I Don't Wanna Go Out" "I Can't Look At Your Skin" etc.. for gigs.

Fender '60 Telecaster Relic Lake Placid Blue*

This blue tele was used as a main in 2004 and 2005. and using on "Bittersweet Bundle Of Misery" for gigs now.
He bought this guitar from the London Guitar Show at the Wembley Exhibition Centre on 10th - 11th May 2003.
